I have the 2-cd set and I have almost worn out the 2nd cd if that is possible, I have in the car and it is playing whenever I am going anywhere. Absolutely terrific to say the least. I also have Dire Straits, and Lynrd Skynrd and ZZ top as well as several others but this group is absolutely the best.

I got a Suped-Up Desoto Hemi on the engine stand waiting to get installed in my 36. This Tune makes me want to uncork the headers and fire it up.This music is a nice tune for cruisin.

Man, if you wanna know what's the reall "Hill Country" blues, you need to go listen to some other lesser known names, although also Legends. Junior Kimbrough, R.L. Burnside, Robert Belfour, Fred Mcdowell... This is where it's from! That isn't Delta Blues, that isn't rock'n'roll that is Hill Country Blues! :D
This here is a man that understands not just how to play the shit out of anything with strings he also understands what life is . Excellent stuff justin hope you come to ireland for a tour sometime 👍
He also understands what not to play, unlike so many guitarists who just fill up the place with notes for the sake of it. There are shredders who I like as guitarists but many are awful and don't have any sense of dynamics and they need to look at people like Mr. Johnson here or blues/rock/country guitarists from a bigger range of eras. Justin is like a lot of lot really skilled guitarists in that he is almost transparent when he plays and everything seems super smooth and effortless.
This might be my new favorite. Great playing but dang that keyboard player is like the mad scientist of keyboards!! You have pulled the best of the best. Rock on brother
Listening to Justin Johnson play the guitar makes me feel the same way I do when I listen to SRV. All the hair on my body stands on end, I can't stop my legs from moving and I can't get rid of this stupid grin.
You should invest into a classic vibe Telecaster and a super champ X2, and maybe some face to face lessons if the guitar doesn't come naturally at first😉
You have simply stunned and inspired me, I have taken four days off work and been playing guitar and drinking,my fingers are sore as I have not played for ages and I have listened in a way I havent listened to anyone else for years, I`m having problems with my wife after 37 years and living in my motorhome and your the best thing to happen to me at a dark time in my life, im annoyed I have to work because all I want to do is fire up cubase and start recording again,even though I`m crap,. I actually felt my whole body tingle listening to some of your tracks and that hasnt happened since SRV or Healey, Id like an album with all the rocky ones you play in that studio with those guys (my god ,what a drummer). I dont want to make the same mistake (no offence) I made when I bought a Soundgarden album,expensive and only one track I liked, which of your albums would you recommend? Keep up the good work, all that talent and your not even an arsehole???? good parents obviously :)
