Amazing Senator Merkley! Thank you so much for all you have done and are doing for the betterment of Oregon and our national and global society as a whole. Loved all you shared! Keep the momentum going forward!!
Thank you for your impassioned speech and well reasoned assessment of the situation in Gaza. You are one of the few leaders in our country with moral clarity and moral courage on this issue!
Bravo to you sir. I will remember your name going forward because of decisions like this, no matter the outcome of the resolutions. It always makes me proud to be an Oregonian when I see our state on the right side of history
I’ve watched a few of your vidos here on RUclips and I agree with an earlier commenter, at least you are trying. You seem to have your heart in the right place, keep up the good work 🙏🏼
Thank you And but also, I've noticed this past week in our Senators behind the dias inputting visually with their hands during their discussions on their wedding ring(s) on their left and right hands and I haven't noticed you exemplifying the unsaid issue were facing as a Nation. I will be submitting my cover letter, resume, fingerprints, college transcripts, Selective Service, FEMA, the Legislative proposals underwritten, and anything else vital I can think of, to the White House next week
Gaza has effectively become a wasteland, uninhabitable for humans due to the ongoing conflict. It's difficult to understand what Israel hopes to achieve by blocking humanitarian aid to the region. In contrast, after devastating Japan during World War II, the United States took a very different approach-helping to rebuild the country into a thriving, prosperous example of recovery. This stark contrast highlights the differing approaches and ethical stances of nations. One can only hope that, one day, better sense will prevail, and that powerful Western countries will stop being mute spectators to this terrible human suffering, taking meaningful action to end it and showing greater compassion toward the plight of war-ravaged victims.
Senator Merkley, thank you for your excellent speech and your courageous vote.

You are incredible. And even being so kind to Biden when he doesn’t deserve it.
Peace on the earth goodwill to men.
Jesus once said
I will have mercy and not sacrifice.
Amen
A courageous man who does not support g, unlike the other Oregon Democrat Senator who answers to his funders.
