This match was incredible with harsh attacks, but Sarah Bouhaddi was strong enough and the save from Griedge Mbock with her foot was legendary. Henry made a splendid goal on the end, the french team has to continue to play like they did in the second part and the final of the match.
I think the fatigue of the Brazilians played a key role in winning this match. In the first half they were playing attractive football with a solid buildup to evade France's press, but the further they went into the second half, more ball were played long, which leads to a turnover normally with the strong French centerbacks. It lead to Brazil leaving behind more gaps in midfield, after attacks the midfielders did not track back that often anymore, which allowed the wingers a lot of space to walk into on the counter.

Not only about it. According to you, FIFA shouldn't exhibit a bunch of plays because they were simply "ridiculous". The purpose of doing a summary is to show for those who couldn't watch the entire game what really happened, not a tendencious match. Watching here I could easily conclude that French was way better than Brazil, when in fact both teams played really close to each other in points like technique.
An EXCELLENT match. Because of the missed call on the disallowed goal for France, I was sympathetic toward them. The whole time I was thinking, "There is no way France is winning a penalty shootout with Brazil." Fortunately for them they didn't have to. Brazil seemed to run out of gas in OT; and after Christiane went down, their chances for an equalizer basically died. Marta's post game quote was the stuff of legends.

What a game by Diani, she dribbled Brazilians for fun! Good game by Brazil though, an entertaining match in general
But overall, Brazilians played with more flairs and creativity. French was out of idea on trying to score on Brazil. Brazil actually looked more dangerous before they conceded that second goal from the set piece.

@@quip5476 and? women are still improving. we didn't have the same opportunities as men. women's football was and is forbidden or taboo in some countries. Men play longer football and often start when they're kids. I'm sure when women improve even more there will be more clubs for little girls and better training etc. But men are still biologically faster and stronger so you can't really compare the two genders 100%

Not only about it. According to you, FIFA shouldn't exhibit a bunch of plays because they were simply "ridiculous". The purpose of doing a summary is to show for those who couldn't watch the entire game what really happened, not a tendencious match. Watching here I could easily conclude that French was way better than Brazil, when in fact both teams played really close to each other in points like technique.
They should have shown it.
If they could show all the US goal in one video they could have done it here.

An EXCELLENT match. Because of the missed call on the disallowed goal for France, I was sympathetic toward them. The whole time I was thinking, "There is no way France is winning a penalty shootout with Brazil." Fortunately for them they didn't have to. Brazil seemed to run out of gas in OT; and after Christiane went down, their chances for an equalizer basically died. Marta's post game quote was the stuff of legends.

Brazilian guy here, it was a very good game, Brazil played their best game today. The group games were really average, and I was predicting a big win for France, but it was a very tight game and it gave me hope that they could've won.
