For some reason the second exported file (after adding slow motion twice) is all jacked up. Like There is a weird ugly seem and you can no longer see the full 360 image - I bunch of it disappears - kinda like it got sucked into a black hole. I've tried 3 different times, always the same. Any ideas?

Can't I just export one still frame from the video and do this without using the 1/4 and again 1/4 slow motion ? Without higher frame rate it looks not so good...
That's the downside of the Insta360 concept: its smartphone focused. They have been improved Studio at lot but such nice effects are easily done within the app. To get the most out of this 450 Euro cam you need a 800 Euro iPhone/iPad. Insane.

same here and even in the first slo mo export the video looks blurry ,,,,not good at all and i m not a begginer in editting!!

There is a freeze frame facilityin the mobile app.

I've follow these steps, part of the 360 video gets cut, I disappear from the video. I'm not sure why this happens.

He’s just timing the cuts to the BPM of the track and then EQ off the higher frequencies during the freeze frame.
