I love those easy edits (songs, text... that's all i need) But this is not possible on new iphone

On the phone you can choose how many seconds u want it to appear and how far into the video it’s just starts from start to end

Good question. It depends on what version of iMovie and iOS you are running. Do you know which versions? I believe this was still active a couple of years ago. Instead of using the extension as shown in the video, you could also do a quick edit in iMovie.

Nothing happens at all when I tap on the button. The button doesn’t respond in videos. It only responds when I tap it in Live or still photos.

Ok as soon as I added the iMovie app, the more button started working.

Hey guys this a more understanding tutorial for those who doesnt understand you have to press edit button on the top then u press the 3 dot line and click on the t and that should be it!

Have you tried LumaFusion? You can add more than one text with it.

This didn’t work I do have an iPhone I went to photos app then tapped edit but mine is different my edit this game is really different I tapped more options but all there is is markup! It did not work.

Yeah this is great but people want to know how to add text to their videos at a CERTAIN TIME it’s usually to cover up mistakes or made for reclarification. A msg at the start of the video is useless

For something like that, I’d recommend using LumaFusion. That will give you a lot more control of timing.

Actually, this video shows the way it used to be in a previous version. The app extension is now no longer available for this within Photos.
