    Best "tips" I have encountered, ideas I have tons of, but mixing stuff together have always been an issue to me, listening to other tips "just bang up this effects on top" etc doesn't cut it, most of the times I've been forced to down the master volume to infinity to not get wicked renderings playing in different players due to band overloads. The tips you bring up actually help fixing the root cause!

    #2 was the only one I knew prior. The rest are absolute gems. I’ve struggled with all those. I wish you also covered those dramatic delays and reverbs though, but still happy you shared this much.

    2:50 but if you do this the delay is in the RAW signal with no eq for the lead vocal

    • @TheCosmicAcademy
      @TheCosmicAcademy  Год назад

      That depends on the delays time/rate. If the delay does overlap the raw vocal and you don’t want that…do what I explained 20 seconds later. EQ and Sidechain it! ♥️👊

    the audio effect rack. did you put this on the track of the vocal or do you send the vocals to it in another track?

    • @TheCosmicAcademy
      @TheCosmicAcademy  11 месяцев назад

      It’s on the vocal! But using the audio effect rack you can create multiple “chains” which allow me to mimic the parallel processing of a send and return. I can have my “dry” vocals on one chain, then all the 100% wet effects on other chains
