Letting the forest help me heal from stage 4 metastatic cancer

It has been six weeks since I had my second lung surgery to deal with the spread of my colon cancer into my lungs. Although healing progresses well, it still remains a challenge to remain motivated and optimistic. But I am very fortunate that I have access to a special place that I can escape to, to help me make sense of things. In this video my typical walk is transformed by this magical place and somehow, I seemed to have overcome a challenge that has been bugging me for a long time!
