I promise ones you make this delicious veggie pulao you'll make it again and again 😋😋
Ingredients for veggie pulao
Sella rice 2 cups
Vegetable oil half cup
2 large onions
2 potatoes
1 carrot
1/2 bell peppers
1/2 cup peas frozen
1 cup green and yellow beans frozen
Salt 1 tsp + 1Tbsp
Red chili 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder
Ginger garlic paste 1Tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Cardamom seeds 1tsp
Cilantro half bunch
350 F180 C bake for 30 minutes
مواد لازم برای پلو ترکاری یا سبزیجات
برنج سیله دو گیلاس
روغن نیم گیلاس
پیاز دو عدد
زردک یک عدد
کچالو دو‌عدد
دلمه سرخ نیم
متر نیم پیاله
لوبیای سبز و زرد یک پیاله
نمک یک قاشق چ + یک قاشق غ
زردچوبه نیم قاشق چ
مرچ سرخ نیم‌ قاشق چای
زیره یک قاشق چ
رب سیر و زنجبیل یک قاشق غ
هیل یک قاشق چای
گشنیز تازه نیم دسته
حرارت ۳۵۰ فرنهایت یا ۱۸۰ سلسیوس به مدت ۳۰ دقیقه دم کنید

Today I cooked this dish... I just want to say THANK YOU.... This was a really DELICIOUS MEAL... The ingredients were not too many, I had almost everything in my pantry. I did not use the green beans, because i did not have them. I put 1 more potato, and 1 more carrot... Put green and red bell pepper... and to add protein I add boiled eggs after everything was done. I am Mexican but i love indian food... and all of my family loves it also. THANK YOU once again.
