Farhan Akhtar had taken a huge risk by just the idea of re creating Don, a cult film till 2006,. But kudos to him that his presentation is so so sleek and healthy that the audience was awestruck. And he again went on to make its sequel after 5 yrs....which was even a bigger success. As a die hard fan of Amitabh, I had grown up watching his movies of the 70's and 80's and now when I see SRK with his perpetual style and attitude, both on screen and off screen...My God I can't believe that a Human can attain such feats. Both as an actor and more importantly as a human being. SRK you had, will, and always Rule Bollywood, come what may and who may...Long Live King Khan
Let's not overdo it, and deluge him with unnecessary praise, he is as consequent as other film stars of his time, if not a step behind.
His choice of films played a vital role in establishing his stature in Indian films, and forbye his decadence,
but be mindful, that bollywood is not an empire to be ruled, it's an industry moulding talents and subsidizing dem, till they mend to our societal archetype, like Pushpa or Rocky did.
We just need an exemplar to yearn us from our mundane Life, escapism.

man, i find his acting in most of his movies as cringy, including the don series. I tried watching his movies as a lot of people say that he is a very good actor, but ugghhhh!! and slowly i realised that those people were the fan girls who might not understand the true nature of art. Only My name is khan and Swades stand out for me, rest all just feel like trash.

The scene is about Srk arriving to meet with other dons. They have made it so charming, the background music, the dialogue, the action sequence, the fight and the end. Everything looks awesome.
Big B's Don had a different genre but in this movie Farhan Akhtar made an unique concept,bad guy winning at last and who better could do such a classic role if not SRK.
