In 1998 I bought a Korg 8 track (only two channels in) for $2800, which is $4300 today. I'm buying one of these.
so say I use this in my studio to record/mix/master can I assign say a eq from slate say the air eq and control it via the fat channel or does it only work with factory eq's and compressor
It's cool to see series III next to tf and qu series mixers now tell us which you preferred and is one mixer easier or better in quality than the other? Thanks for this, there aren't many demos of these mixers yet, please do more videos.
I have no idea but I suppose because they don't want the 16 iii to ruin the 32 iii sales. Now you are forced to choose between the 16.0.2 or the 32 live iii, though I think the 16 live iii would have bigger appeal to most musicians. This move also makes the 32 live iii direct competitor to the Behringer X32, but at least Behringer give you to option of getting the X32 producer which has 16 channels built-in and expandable to 32.

I recently acquired the Presonus Studiolive Series III with 16 channels, and everything worked correctly, but a few days ago I moved all my equipment to another room and since then, I can not hear anything. I do not have audio on the monitors. The DAW works well for me, the potentiometers, the light signals, etc ... everything is fine, but I do not hear anything from monitors or headphones. I believe that my problem is in the configuration of the table and its audio output with Studio One 4 .... if you can help me I will thank you very much. Thanks in advance and greetings.
you need to register your mixer on Presonus.com, thenn you receive all install software. like the driver Uc Control. This is the driver for your Mixer. Then cubase wanna find this driver. And please go on the community Group on Facebook Presonus Studiolive, all guys will help you there when you have problem in future
If you are doing a promo for your product...it's common sense not to have a competitor's giant banner behind you. Allen & Heath got more promo than Presonus. SMH
The intelligent human being who designed this model forgot to put inserts in each channel. The person also forgot to place at least 4 stereo pairs of auxiliary returns. In short, I will never replace my Presonus 32.4.2 AI for this model. I use "Out of the box" workflow and use external peripherals. Therefore, this machine seems to be just a beautiful all in one video game for kids to stay in the bedroom. Please, back to made products for professional and semi pro use. Moving faders and big displays will not convince me
Mopho Studio you know, you don't HAVE to buy it? This unit is designed for those who record in the digital world. Very few dinosaurs use any outboard gear anymore, other than mic preamps and with that in mind, it's a totally pro level piece of gear, especially if you do a lot of live or on site recording.
@@officialWWM When you can't have the real stuff and when you are forced to use digital stuff and software simulators then you relieve your frustrations by classifying people who have conditions using the name of dinosaurs. it's no use, friend. against facts there are no arguments. anyway feel happy in your make-believe digital world.
@@johnnybrit804 lol, I have a studio full of that outdated and obsolete gear! Its just far faster and more efficient to work in the box, like 99 percent of the world's pro studios these days. And if you can tell the difference in the finished product, then your ears must be pretty special. But you can't blame a manufacturer for not including facilities to incorporate your old technology when everyone else is moving forward. That's not the target market of this product, there are other mixers out there for you...
The Presonus guys is Irish and the other is Scottish. I would bet that you are American. Pretty much everyone else in the world has learned to make the best of accents around the world (including some extreme American accents).
