high stakes is just a slightly improved round up in my opinion cus like they made the elevation thing like this and you can push the big long sticks into corners to get positive and negative points

Yes, the game manual explicitly states that scores are not tallied until time runs out (plus a potential 5 second "grace period") Robots, goals, and rings can be moved anywhere in the standard rules until that point.
Choose a good team that does not have anybody that is way too competitive have a good auton and try and ask for help from other teams in your club that’s about it. And have a good notebook

At 1:35 it mentions they start the auton with one preload
no match loads. those two rings are preloads
you are allowed to put one on your robot before the round starts
