I was thinking about getting the Watch 6 classic, because I miss the rotating bezel but the battery life on my Watch 5 Pro is hard to beat. I'll take battery over bezel every time
I'm leaning towards the Watch 5 Pro. I have trust issues with the rotating bezel since I used the Gear S3. I live in a country where rain is unpredictable and sometimes my Gear S3 would get wet from the sudden rain. I know that the waterproofing in watches can withstand those splashes, but I was too late to realize that the liquid (sometimes from acidic rain) would sip below the rotating bezel and would not dry for a long time. To my horror, that sipped water caused the bezel gears to rust from the inside (take note that the Gear S3 was also made from stainless steel). It really ruined my experience with the Gear S3. After that, I always prefer the watches without a rotating bezel (Active2, Watch 4).
That has been one of the major reasons for me to switch to fossil lately. I bought samsung watch 5 pro and it is by all means a beast. The rotating bezel, crowns, and the moving parts with time degrade and stop working.
Literally just went back to Watch 5 Pro. Classic in Silver is BEAUTIFUL, but what I do for a living, I need battery. Literally was off the charger at 2:45AM and was at 15 percent by noon.... that's not long enough for me
The galaxy watch 6 Classic 47mm⌚️ .That price went down. Because the Galaxy watch 7⌚️ and watch 7 Pro 47mm⌚️ is coming out in August . I have the GW 5 44mm ⌚️ and 6 47mm classic ⌚️👍🏾💯🏆
Yeah I got the 6 classic with the trade in credit and 50 dollars instant credit and the free band cause I went into a store to see them side by side in person and decided on the 6 after like 10 minutes of in person testing
The size shouldn't be a problem at all. it is just 1.5m bigger which is not that much. but you would see reduced bezels on the watch 6 variant which in turn gives you a bigger screen. I love the watch 6 47mm LTE version any time on Watch 5 Pro.
The battery life is indeed impressive on the 5 pro. But I'm addicted to better performance and better health equipment. I'm going to give my 5 pro back and get the 6 classic. Plus the 6 classic just looks better.
Charged my watch 6 classic 47mm on Monday so fully charged at 5.30pm know that's with display turned too turning my wrist and have notifications on for messages and phone calls and only for step counter didn't have too charged change till Thursday morning at 11.44am
You did not mention the GPS/GPX that the Watch 5 Pro has. You also didn't mention the Watch 6 Classic charges faster. Other than that, it was a fantastic video.
hoping that the 6 pro will have some kind of physical rotation to navigate the watch easier specially during workout and running either a rotating bezel or a rotating crown such as the Apple watch.
Bought a 5 Pro at a discount. Nice vid, seems I made the right choice. 45mm is the perfect size. I have a 7.25 inch wrist too. 47mm is too big for anyone. Looks ridiculous.
Iwish the galaxy 6 watch in gold came with a larger screen it only comes in 40mm 42 or 44mm would have been greatly appreciated with rotating bezel. Also need more feminine colors i miss rose gold or solid gold instead of black and silver
I just bought the 6 classic mostly due to the better quality screen. It chews through battery, though I was setting it up and downloading stuff while setting it up. So I am going to work with it for a few days to see if I cam optimize it for less battery usage. If not, I'm returning it and getting the 5 pro. Also, the bezel is sort of useless...I'd rather swipe.
Can you tell us how it goes and what you did or if you got the pro 5? Sooner is better please and thank you. I am looking to get on for black Friday which is on sale.
@@skyecloud968 go with 5 pro. I went back and got it. Battery is far superior. You don't have to be mindful of what apps you're running or running it at peak performance (backlighting, monitors, etc). I like the champagne colour - classy and hides finger prints. Also it's titanium it's utterly impossible to scratch. Bezel is touch, and works well. I swipe mostly anyway. I also like the thicker profile on my arm.
@@noneofmybusiness9895 What about the brightness? I hear 1000 nit under bright sunlight wasn't good on the pro 5 compare to the 2k nit on the 6 classic. @@skyecloud968 I have no issues under sunlight. And that glare they talk about - ive yet to experience it. 1000 nits is a alot. 2000 will destroy the galaxy 6 watch battery - I had it on half brightness and it lasted 1 day only. If you're tracking a workout, the 6 won't last a day. I've had a fit bit versa 3 (lost it) - connectivity on that thing was a bitch. It kept disconnecting or would have trouble communicating with my phone. The galaxy is seamless - it connects perfectly with my Galaxy phone and also integrates with android auto without issue. Trust me, you're gonna hate having to monitor your battery every single day with the 6. Why get a watch that you have to be cognizant of usage - kinda defeats the purpose.
Why is Samsung not ever consistent with product design? Why move from a titanium frame to an aluminum frame? Why downgrading the battery of the watch 6?
If the bezel is done better than in gw4 where some plastic parts can came out from under the bezel maybe i would switch from gw5 but the battery have less capacity. Nah i leave gw5 even if i need to clean display few times a day.
there is a mistake here, only 47mm Watch6 Classic will get 480*480 pixels, not the 43mm one. Also I have a question about the body build of Watch6 Classic, is it really made of aluminimum?

True
I missed the classic, plan to keep my w5Pro battery life and i love the Titanium finish. I doubt if Samsung releases a 6Pro classic this year
Think they already mentioned that the pro and classic will alternate every year.
Put it this way. I'm not downgrading from the 5 pro to the 6 classic.
I'm keeping my watch 5 pro cause I love the titanium build and battery
Really? The 5 is better?
@joshparrish6 the warch 5 pro has better battery with titanium body not saying it's better I just prefer better battery
@joshparrish6 it's not better except in battery life. This is a super simplified video.
@QueendomCome621 its just the same basically besides battery love my 5 pro I'll be sticking with mine til the 6 pro comes out
I love my 5Pro, the battery life is incredible!

Looks too like the prongs are same distance apart. Wish I could verify this though.
Im hoping they eventually come out with a 6 pro thats would be awesome
Better be titanium 😭

The Galaxy watch 6 Series uses the same wireless charger as the 5 Series, they both charge at 10w.
The watch 6 CLASSIC has a stainlessteel frame (the watch 6 an aluminium frame).
I appreciate you that .thanks to make it clear the different between the two watches

Same here in Sweden. Monthly payments to the mobile provider to have the e-sim activated
