Congrats you are blessed to have your family help you like that. I've helped my family move a couple of times but when it comes to me they would rather sit back and laugh hoping I can't get it done. I'm almost 62 and I left them and all that foolishness behind when I was 31 and relocated, my older sister was so sure I would be back in 3 months but that was the motivation to keep me away from her! Everything is coming together beautifully and I love your apartment vibes. I haven't had my OWN apartment in almost 6 years illness and other things but I'm praying that God will provide one for me before the summer.

Congratulations! I used to be a property manager- no hot water is an emergency and is required to be fixed. There should be an on call maintenance man on the weekends that can at least swap out your water heater with one from a vacant apartment. Next time press them about getting it fixed same day❤
