Thanks for the vid. I'm about to wrap my wifes 2023 Rav4 in the Iceberg color. First time using the FlexiSheild material and I have been trying to soak up info from other installers in advanced of getting hands on with it.

Thx for the video, was considering getting flexishield but it would be my first full scale wrap on a 18 jeep wrangler. may go with Avery instead but i wanted the self healing for scratches off road haha

Glad it helped! I have Avery satin black on my truck and go through tons of bushes lol. It’s finally starting to show some scratches after a year.
But Avery is definitely a much easier install if it’s your first time!

@@Buildcultureyoutube I appreciate that, im in AZ and lots of scratchy stuff lol.
I was looking at a gloss colorflip like the hidden forest i think would look really nice. Do you know if I can add any quick wax sprays to the gloss avery in order to help protect or even to reduce scratches that appear? thx!

Any advice for wrapping as far back behind the cab without having to remove the bed on a pickup?

Yes just did one a few weeks ago. Cut a strip about 5-6ft wide and 6-10 in tall and stretch across and squeegee. If the truck is white or bright colored however it may be your best bet to slide it back a bit

Also I suggest a pull stick for vinyl that sticky.

That’s a great idea but it’s super thick as well. It’s really a good forearm workout even without one haha

I've been installing since 2004 and I hate material like that. Do you think it will be removable in 5 years?

Yeah it’s annoying. I don’t think it’ll be hard to remove the wrap itself but it will probably be hell to remove all the adhesive that stays on the vehicle. It really separates from the film itself.
