Artem/Zuo Ran : pretty much self explanatory, you only need to tap precisely
Vyn/Mo Yi : iirc you only need to wait for the fish to take the bait then tap
Marius/Lu Jing He: you need to tap whenever Marius/LJH showing his face.

For chibi invitation you must pay for it, while there's some free invitation and you can get it for free or grind for it.

sadly all Chibi invitation are all paid invitation.
For xmas partyland you can get it by buying the Tier pass (At lvl 40) or just buy it from the mall

some invitations are free tho, like from 1st bday, SoTT back then.
