...wow...shooting when someone on the next target is going for arrows is probably not very safe...
You're right. That is reckless. If that archer's arrow hits that man down field, you can make a case for manslaughter.

This is common practice at many outdoor ranges with space between bales actually.
Yeah. Not sure where Andrew is but in ArcheryGB regulations I believe you must have a separate field set up with red flags marking an exclusion zone (20yds to the side @100yd distance). We'd hear about it, right? if archers were getting accidentally shot world wide 🤨🤞.........????
But the incentive is not there. If you hit someone, it is recorded as a miss...
Maybe blur out your background so you don't show family photos. Beautiful family, but their identity might be worth hiding.
