It's so heartwarming to see 11 year old Forest interact so easily with all these adult players.
One thing I admire about Forest is his sportsmanship, I remember back in my adolescence (many moons ago) I was a rotten spoiled brat and a sore loser.

Of all the years of this channel, this is my favorite game on Coffee Chess. Love the banter between these two, and I always enjoy watching Forest, or Rob, play anyone.

Fair comment. He's so much better than us at that age though and usually aquires a winning position. I get vexed by proxy watching him squander that advantage and want him to lighten up on the chit chat and bear down and convert the W at the crucible point. Forrest is like a frisky otter at the board though, it's fun watching other opponents get constricted in contrast to his blithe posture.
@@peterwieser4631 Excellent observations and I get similarly vexed. I wonder if he has a coach or mentor who could make him understand that the chit chat is detrimental to his chances of winning, because his brain is then divided between two things.. One should never be distracted -- in driving or in Chess. But he strikes me as quite competitive and smart as a whip, so I think he would cop on quickly with the right guidance.
