I am having a difficulty getting the lower bolt off. The one right under the seat belt in the metal part. Any recommendations on how to remove it?

Yes, some of the bottom bolts can be a challenge. Try to move the seat to the front or to the back to get it out of the way, and it can help to get better access to the bolt.

Hi, I was able to get everything off however it’s still attached to the plastics to send to you guys. How do I get it off the plastics I have a 2022 Silverado.

There is a bolt that the bottom anchor tensioner is held by. You can remove that, and the belt will fit thru the opening.
