Always love you're Content Kevin, I been Taking Systema & Sambo for 13 years now & your skill set is awesome. God bless you Kevin & hope to train with you someday. 🙏🥋👍
Hi Kevin, you say not to lean back once applying the choke. Agreed 100%. But would it also be good to exhale so that in affect you're cutting in closer to to your opponent? Almost like you're coiling into your opponent like a snake wrapping around its prey?
We generally exhale when forcing in any endeavour . There are variations with pulse breaths where you take short exhales while spastically contracting the choke to induce panic and confuse the opponent . Those are terribly unpleasant but usually we use a snake breath-a slow hissing exhale with a tightly contracted abdomen like you would use in sanchin

Thanks Frank. That’s very kind of you to say and deeply appreciated. I hope we get to train together as well. All the best in your journey.
