With the spacer the rack is 1 5/8 and add drywall that is either 1/4 or 5/8 and you’re at two inches roughly. If you’re using a 2 inches. You’re putting around 3/4 inch into the stud. My package was missing those small screws that go under the rack arms. Do you know what gauge those are? They are 1/2" long.
