There’s a documentary on this and a Jamaican doctor said they start doping from high school for champs so yes they cycle on and off of steroids to boost their performance. Sorry it’s either you know or don’t know.

I was a big Arnold fan and I thought he was mostly clean. I heard someone really badmouth Arnold, saying it was all steroids and he would be nothing without them. I was so offended. I was only 21.
Many years later, I stopped being a fanboy and let myself learn the truth.

If Victor Conte feel so strong about suspicious record, why don't he advocate for the removal of Flo Jo's record to be removed from the books. In 1988 she came back to the tracks with a more bulky physique and without peaking she ran a world record during the Olympic US trials😮

He didn’t have an ‘insane work ethic’. You can only train so hard for sprinting. Plus didn’t he notoriously always turn up late and say training for the 400 is ‘too hard’. Sprinting is fun, let’s not say he trained harder than the others. He’s still the greatest but let’s not pretend he wasn’t also on steroids or make other ridiculous comments about his training
