- Pakistani fast bowler Wasim Akram said, in my country no one comes to take cricket advice. On the other hand, when I meet Indian players, they treat me with utmost respect and courtesy. Any questions regarding fast bowling or reverse swing ask me and try to learn. People in my country complain that Indian fast bowlers are tampering the ball to reverse swing. Today, there are cameras around every corner. Every spectator takes out his mobile phone and watches the match. Ball tampering is impossible in such conditions. Pakistan cricket is going into the abyss because all the players here think they are too wise. Ex-players sat in the newsroom talking nonsense and this encouraged the current players. An attempt is being made to impress upon the people here the dishonesty by which India has been conquered. This is to avoid public anger towards their rejected players.
