Do the policy holder expected to pay back the amount showing under loan repayment column? If yes, the policy holder needs to pay almost every year of this policy since there is amount starting year 3 and the policy holder need to pay back thousands of dollars for the policy. If the repayment just to show the number and do not need to be really paid into, could this be a great strategy for using the IUL policy?

8:57 so interesting that you said the client did not know that they are paying the interest every year. But the client do know that he/she is taking out the money as indicated. So is this a self sustaining policy as long as it is not lapsed? Why do you think it is a bad design?

Almost never would we advise the Interest payments to be paid with cash outside the product. It creates incredible risk within a product that most people explore due to the lower risk nature compared to the Market.

Point being, this should never be allowed to happen! Obviously, there is not a policy scrubbing system in place to catch this!
Are these sorts of mistakes every rectified?
