First 30 second is very very important
1=Start with story telling
Story should be relatable
2=we can use thoughts
3= we can ask questions

Closing
Last 30 second is equally important as much as opening
1= summaries our discussion
2= highlights, talk about their benefits
3= to call for some action from your audience
