  • A Colonial-style grandfather clock by Colonial Clock Company, of Zeeland, Michigan, USA. An authorized reproduction by the The Henry Ford Museum, of an original clock in their possession that was handcrafted in the late 1700's by Thomas Jackson in Preston, Connecticut. The Tiger maple cabinet features decorative details that represent waves and whale's tails. Flame and pineapple finials rest atop the bonnet, supported by four reeded columns. Engraved brass Roman numeral dial with second hand, an eight-day, pendulum & weight-driven movement, plays Westminster chimes every quarter hour and strikes the hour. Made in the late 20th Century.
    Measures:
    H 85.5
    W 19.25

The tubular bell grandfather clock on the side of the demonstrated grandfather clock, was that the one that was chiming too?
