Hello Oliver, am I correct... ?? Does the Kangoo 2nd. generation have a K7J engine.. ?
I have always loved to hear english spoken by a French person... but now I am especially pleased hearing you explain details about jobs I need and would like to do. am giving a big thumbs up to all your videos. Best wishes, Mike

      Hi Mike,
Thank you for your kind comment.
I did little researches on the Kangoo MK2 (from 2008) and it appears the it has a 1.6 L petrol engine.
The K7J you mentioned is a 1.4 L petrol engine, which, by the way, is very similar to the E7J.
So I'm quite confident to say that there isn't such a K7J engine in a Kangoo MK2.
      I hope it helps.

Hi Oliver. I have a 2005 1.4 Kangoo 8v. Would timing setup be similar to your video? Thanks Anton.
Great video by the way. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

      Hello Anton,
I know that some of these engines have an other tensionner pulley.
I can't find infos on your MK1 phase 2 model year.
So please, check with a Renault dealer.
If it is a "two holes" tensionner pulley like in the video, your good to proceed.
      Kind regards.

@@olipirard Hi Olivier. I have Kangoo with E7j634. What the correct position of tensioner - two holes down or up? Thank you

    • @olipirard
      @olipirard  3 года назад +1

@@A6arlie Hello Lukas, In the video @22:32 , you can see that the tensioner pulley bearing holes are above the stud.
So, long story short, the holes must been up.
Thank you for your question it helps the community.
      Regards.
