Namaste sir 21 mpa strength of 3 individuals is pass as avg. Is 25 and 25 *15%=3.75 and 25-3.75=21.25 which is higher then 21 so it is pass But 25 *15%=3.75 25+3.75=28.75 and 29 is higher then 28.75 so it is fail Please correct if I'm wrong
