i really like when games come up with in game reasons why enemy grunts cant kill you, in the case of resistance, you are a special case of an infection, and as such you are harder to kill than the normal humans around you, this in game explanation needs to be seen in newer games

India was fighting the Chimera in the previous part of the Resistance which could be played in PSP. And the other countries might not have any clue what's going on in Europe during this offensive of the Chimera or they are just retreating or defending and preparing their borders
India got overrun in a matter of weeks. The battle of Britain last 7 months, its safe to conclude that Britain had Canadian, South African,and ANZAC troops defending Britain.

You know I've been thinking, what if the Resistance series was reimagined and we get to learn the entire lore of not only them, but both the Pure Chimera and the Grey Tech aliens (the aliens who fought the Chimera years ago). I bring this up because we literally have no idea who was this alien race how advance they are aside from the Grey Tech left behind. If they ever reimagine Retribution or the whole series, I think it would be good to finally see interaction with the Grey Tech aliens and Pure Chimera.

I'd like to see a Resistance Adaptation of sorts i.e., A TV Show, Movie or even an Audio Book which could be possible due to Sony reviving some of their IPs as adaptations for different mediums like Twisted Metal, Gravity Rush, Jak and Daxter, Uncharted, etc., I have a few ideas. 1) A prequel based on Jordan Shepard detailing his life i.e., his upbringing, his time at SRPA, etc. 2) An original story set during the Chimeran Invasion following original characters 3) A prequel set in Russia detailing the Tunguska Incident (The Origins of how the Chimera invaded Russia) perhaps featuring Dr Malikov as the Protagonist, Side Character or Cameo 4) Simply adapt the Games/Novels/Comics in a TV/Movie format Additionally I think Michael Bay would be good as the producer and/or a Director for a Resistance Adaptation due to being able to direct cinematic action sequences as well as having amazing CGI/Effects which could give a Resistance adaptation a true end of the world feel. Additionally, I believe his Production Company Platinum Dunes (known for 'A Quiet Place', 'Jack Ryan', 'The Purge' and Multiple Horror Movie Remakes) could be involved. If not Michael Bay I think Zack Snyder, Doug Limen (The Edge of Tomorrow) or, Guillermo Del Toro (Pacific Rim) would be considered as good alternatives.

What a great game and what a great saga. They should continue Resistance for at least a couple more games. I remember when I played Resistance 3 there was a journal that talked about "Gray Tech" at the end of the game, when I was trying to take down a Terraformer on the New York Tower. The journal said: Even if Joseph does succeed in closing that wormhole, which I'm afraid to admit is highly unlikely, we must still deal with the billions of Chimera left here on Earth. This war is far from over. I must continue Doctor Malikov's research. Perhaps there is something to be learned about this mysterious substance he calls, "Gray Tech." Hmm... It speaks of "the billions of chimeras that were left here on Earth. This war is far from over". That means that there may at least be a couple more games that consist of retake the Earth, at least those areas of the Earth still occupied by the chimeras, recovering that military environment that characterized the first two games.

Oh, this is not only my favourite cool incredible but also nostalgic game. The game I played ever. I like such an apocalyptic and sci-fi stories about the future of human race, struggle for existence, life and death of half/humans - half/creatures. I want the remake popular Resistance series and their continuation.
I wish they remade this game for PC, sadly it's been shut down but I still have hope in some other game studios that might be able to do it. The nostalgia of this game is just... different than with other games, quite literally one of my favorite games with some pretty underrated lore I'd have to say.
The era is what makes it unique and gives it its personality. They practically abandoned it in the sequels and I think that was a huge mistake. If it were just a normal modern military vs aliens, what would make Resistance any different than practically every other alien game and movie?
