Day 3 completed in india. 0 withdrawl symptoms. got exam in Jan. working on them, no time to be anxious, overthink etc.. I'm in a complete flow since December started, worked for 12-14 hours a day average. It's 4 am in India right now. I'm up to study again. I am going to make this month as productive as I made November.
I really like music, but sometimes I feel like not listening to anything. And what a relief! I tried multiple times going all day without music and I felt better at the end of the day. And even when you then listen to some songs again, they sounds to you better than before.

I plan to make a big change with my life, it involves the use of my animation channel and a job. To do what i need to do i need to make a lot of money, I plan to push my body to its absolute limits with exercise and to do that i need money and time. Honestly, I purposefully asked my parents for a nokia with an SD card slot, and I can say that it is truly changes your day a lot (I used to own a phone passed down to me, I spilled tea on it 😬)
Mine is watching RUclips short and videos i don't care about, and even tho i don't have a dependency with music, it still creates dopamine, if you're gonna listen to any type of music listen to chill classical.

I prefer not listening to music if the quality is bad so every listening experience becomes special. I love silence and quietness too it helps listen the inner wisdom and get meditation feedbacks. For the DDD I'm cutting of a lot of informational RUclips content. The site is making it easier due to recent enforced ads policy that will make me QUIT the platform entirely.
These challenges are stupid and i joined the server yesterday they keep bringing religion in everything and if a female joins i think everyone just keeps arguing with her and thinking they are sigma or something its a bad server not about self improvement

Somewhere heard the quote from an artist: "It may vey well be that drawing without a music will be more productive, but I still will do it, because it makes the work more enjoyable." Motivation is not a bad thing imo, it is very good. Some music may be distracting, especially when writing, but listening to non-lyrical music while working out seems to be a good thing to me...

I don't know but my motivation for nofap is going down... I'm asking why am I doing this... I know the reasons but still... How do I program my mind to see positive and bright future by doing nofap? mate your motivation will only take you so far. don't rely on motivation . you need to build discipline you can try blocking the websites on your router, also just try to keep yourself busy all the time. when you are in private (meaning when no one is watching you) try to keep your internet usage to a minimal if not completely block off. also whenever you get the urges just do 1 pullup or 1 pushup or both . Stay Focused
