I'm a native speaker of English and I find your lessons useful. I understand that it's not necessary for your English to be perfect. However, I have to say that "essere al settimo cielo" does not translate literally into English as "to be on the seventh sky." The literal translation would be "to be in seventh heaven." And, as a figurative expression, it means the exact same thing as the Italian.
I was about to say that...its not over the moon but to be in 7th heaven...

Think a better translation would be to be in 7th heaven.. not over the moon. This is a more precise translation.
"Essere al settimo cielo" actually works for both. We don't have another equivalent to "be over the moon" in Italian.

These were all new to me. I really like when you tell us the exact meaning in Italian. I think it helps me to understand the mind of a native Italian. There is a phrase I heard somewhere that I found interesting, In bocca al lupo. I guess when you put together a video for us it is kinda like a performance. So in that case I can say to you, In bocca al lupo! (right?)
Grazie, Jim! "In bocca al lupo" is a way of wishing good luck without saying "buona fortuna" (which some people believe would bring you bad luck instead... 😅 Italians can be pretty supersticious..) So I'll keep it for when I'll film my next videos 😄
My favorite one was the expression of the “sangue alla testa” if I heard this or read it somewhere it could have been very confusing. So thank you 😊

Your English is excellent but in this video, you mispronounced 2 English words. First, “idiomatic” is pronounced id (as in lid) i-o-matic. Second, “recognize” is pronounced rec (wreck) og-nize. Otherwise, great video
