Baked beans DO NOT go in fajitas Chantal! Black, Pinto or Kidney beans are the what is usually used in fajitas and most anytime of Mexican food. Baked beans have tomato sauce and sometimes barbecue sauce....

I was just thinking that. I eat tacos and fajitas for dinner regularly but I add more veggies and do a fraction of the dairy and rice. And it makes me feel satiated and I’m a normal size

She needs to be using a spray instead of the butter and oil. I know she’s using the oil with the butter so the butter doesn’t burn but in terms of her weight-loss she could be saving 200-300 calories by using a spray instead. Those small changes make a huge difference.
