- We are on new location! Unfortunately this bike park we discover doesn’t have massive jumps that we can go crazy of our RC cars, instead we are racing! As you can see we are not expert of RC racing, we purely just having fun! 😀

That looked like a lot of fun. I reckon the Kraton has the most potential if you were to go racing at this scale. Most important though, brands aside, you guys were out and about having fun with your RC's.
I have an Xmaxx, I wouldn't mind a Kraton 6s as well though.
Yeah! Kraton got more stability than Xmaxx when turning really hard but it really depends with the driver. 😅

Ever figure out the sound at the end on the X-maxx s? I have the same sound and gears and diffs are good. Also does it in reverse. Tyia
Hi, we had a hard time figuring out as well but we are sure it’s the rear diff. He is using max5 800kv with spiral bevel gear instead of stock and I believe it pushes the plastic diff housing out making that sound.

@@meansav lots of bmx track here but they won’t allow rc cars. 😭
What steering servo has that x-maxx got in it?
Just a cheap standard servo from aliexpress brand name is 9imod 51kg and GPM standard servo mount and shim the servo saver at least 3-4mm rubber. This servo can do 7v make it more power but my stock receiver it can only provide 6v but this thing is way better than stock.
@@Deej_RC did you have to cut away any of the chassis to make it fit?
@@willeymunda no need. It’s a standard servo slightly smaller than the stock Traxxas servo.
Hi, would you happen to know what the sound on my x maxx is? I’ve got a video uploaded of it. I’ve got gpm hardened steel rear diffs there a little wear but no teeth missing on any of the gears

@@Deej_RCThx, maybe stock is best, I don’t really want to play around with shims. But they should be fine as I have run them for a little while and no problem.
@@LGsRCs yeah stock is fine if your running stock motor.
