Cheers Adam. An excellent video - by far the best one out there. Really glad I had this to reference rather than relying solely on the manual. Thanks again, Nige
Thanks, great instruction! I'm a mainly street rider and I've got short legs. I may get racetech springs to lower the front, and get the rear shock rebuilt to lower the back.
Have a problem at step 5:20 : I cant build up pressure, the air always leaking out. Do you have any ideas whats wrong? Should i have to change the big o-ring? ty 4 any advice
Hey I have a 2016 DRZ400SM and am looking to redo the fork seals. The only fork seals and dust covers I can find are the all balls ones which have bad reviews like you said in your video. Any idea where I can find a reliable brand? Thanks
There is one important aspect that you got it wrong. You need to bleed the inner chamber when cap is on by fully inserting rod into inner chamber. this throws excess fluid out. Its written on service manual also.
Thank you for these vids, it's helping folk all these years later 🤙🏻

Thanks a lot from france! Without your video, I couldn't have done this on my own!
I'm going to do this job confidently with your video by my side. Thanks!
I rebuilt your fork using your videos. Very helpful!
I used Tusk brand tools from RMATV as I'm just a home guy and Motion Pro tools were too expensive
Thanks Adam. I appreciate how you simplified the task. Excellent presentation. Hope you're well
I'm not looking forward to doing this, but when I am ready to complete it, I will reference this video. Thanks

SKF fork seals for DRZ. cheaper than OEM and same or better quality. since this is 2 months old did you go with all balls, if so howd they turn out??
