    I am living in Brickell, have been here for almost 2 months now, and the average rent for a 1-bedroom is about $2,900-$3,300 a month. I do agree with you on Uber Eats; my first week here, I was always ordering, and then I started using Amazon Fresh. I just buy my groceries off of there and get same-day delivery, and to be honest with you, they are cheaper than Publix and Whole Foods. I did tell some of my friends, if you wish to party and keep up with the Joneses, then you will love Miami; however, I have never been that type of person. I just do enjoy the beautiful scenery and live in Brickell. There is an incredibly low crime rate which made me choose this area. I still have my car but once I come back to my building, I can just park it and walk around since everything is within distance.

      im not much of a party guy either tbh thts where most money is wasted in this city... theres so many more things to do in miami that wont cost an arm and a leg. there so many parks and places to see around this area. hope ur enjoying miami is def an experience.

    Try to ask the rental company to see if they can go lower than 2,300 a lot of the times they will bring down the price if you ask but since a lot of people don’t ask they pay the max of what the rental company renegotiate for.

    Oh btw I forgot to ask, when you moved to Miami were you able to tee approved for an apartment without a job lined up or did u have to get a job first? I wanna move out of TN but I’m worried about getting approved for an apartment without a job lined up even tho I have decent amount in savings.

    • @tyydent
      @tyydent  4 месяца назад +2

      I got approved first but when I came they asked for proof of income so I got a job and had my boss just write a letter saying I would be making enough to afford bills
