Semester? Are you in school too🎉 I'm trying to get my degree and lose weight too. 😮 I'm in nursing school. Really enjoyed your vlog. Running just isn't my jam. I've lost weight playing pickleball, which I love! I'm trying to get my butt to the gym and do the elliptical twice a week.
I keep thinking about being insane and trying the Gwyneth Paltrow controversial diet for like 10 days. Will Krystal go complete mad and flip out on my husband. 😂 it’s like no food until 12pm only a gallon of water and black coffee. ( I don’t even drink coffee) Then you can have “soup” bone broth. Then one main meal a day that is paleo. You complete an hour of movement a day. I’m 320 lb. I saw guess she has like 1800 calories a day. I don’t track calories 😂

I’m a teacher! Nursing school? Woof, I’m sure that’s rough! Our township just put in a pickle ball court so maybe I’ll give it a try:)
