- We covered the attention-grabbing Chinese restaurant "Ton Ton" this time, which has been gaining attention from various media outlets. Established in 1980 by Takejiro Tatewaki, the predecessor, Honoka Ikeda, took over as the manager in 2020 while still in high school. Currently a university student and also involved in entertainment, she successfully manages the restaurant, balancing three different roles.

I've watched multiple videos of this awesome restaurant. The food looks delicious, and knowing the story of the original owner, and how she took over the restaurant when her grandfather got sick. It's a beautiful story, and I'm glad it's worked out for her. The staff at the restaurant even through this video feels as if they are a family. The owner and her best friend are beautiful women. I have to visit Japan and definitely check out this restaurant

The young ladies deserve alot of the attention but the men there do needs some love too. They seem quiet and reserved but they work just as hard . I like to hear them speak too.

I finally ate here today- Amazing food! The beef on fried rice was unbelievably good. Great drought beer too. Btw, Honokaさんis even more beautiful in person. It’s a very, very busy shop and she (and her whole crew) do an amazing job. I will be going again very soon!

Just an observation, May be I am wrong unless someone noticed the same. Jen Jen is more generous in giving a bigger portion of egg fried rice (2 scoops) while the chef man gives only one scoop of rice. But all of them are brilliant , hardworking, clean and peaceful. I love these young people, they are very motivating to me though I work in a different field and I don't own any restaurants.

てっきり経営もしているのだと思っていましたが、母親がやっていたんですね。動画だけだと外見だけで店をやってるイメージになってしまい、悪い印象を持たれてしまいそうです。
もう一人の方もメデイアで活躍されているようで、すごい店ですね

@@getiton. そうだったんですが、悪い男の人と一緒になって揉め事に巻き込まれているそうです。お店の人達が動画で言ってました。「流されやすい・影響されやすい性格」だと。
コンテンツとしての「映え」は女性2名の方が華やかで、努力も怠っておらず素晴らしいですが、
他の方も言うとおり、難易度が高そうなメニューにおいてはベテランのイワヤマさんのテクニックが見事ですね。

ボリュームのあるメニューは話題性と池田さんやジェンジェンさんの好物ということもあるんだろうけど店内に飾られてる力士の色紙の多さから分かるけど近くに佐渡ケ嶽部屋があって喜んでくれる、食べにきてくれることまで考えているかも…。
2代目・琴櫻ら番付が上の力士にとっても、ボリュームがあり手頃な値段のメニューは若い力士に目一杯食べさせるのには魅力的だろう…。

A grandchild who inherited the shop after his grandfather died. It was a very difficult decision while the management was bad. However, I increased the number of attractive and delicious dishes. It's amazing even though I'm a college student.
