  • China has the world's fastest high-speed railway, with more than two-thirds of the world's total mileage. High-speed rail has now become the choice for most people to travel. In this video, Viki took the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway, and the journey was smooth, spacious and comfortable. She experienced ordering food delivery on the high-speed rail. Did she finally get the delivered burger and fries?
Chengdu is a fast-developing city in the west of China with over 2,000 years of history. Old but new, local but international, traditional but open, Chengdu is a city with enormous potential and countless opportunities.
We make videos about everything in this city, exploring and recording Chengdu stories of different people living here. You can find almost everything you’d like to know about Chengdu’s culture, food, history, art, music, sports, economics, etc. here.
Come with me, and you’ll see an amazing Chengdu beyond your imagination!

30 years ago when I was a child, I traveled to Chongqing from Chengdu every year during the chinese new year. It was very slow and took one night. You get on board in the evening and arrive the next morning. If u miss the train u have to wait for the next round another day. About 20 years ago it was upgraded to 4 hours, 10 years ago 2 hours, now it's about 1 hour. China has been developing so fast everyday when u wake up u get something new.
