We had relatives that just dropped in and *stayed all day and into the night* . My mother had housework to do and they would never get the hint to leave. They thought my mother was a nice person but little did they know she would dog them out, after they left. She was like her mother when my grandmother's renters came down to visit.
They stunk up the house but my grandmother kept a plastered smile on her face, until after they left. I'm from the Deep South and manners, mattered.
This is why I think I'd be able to live in Japan just fine lol. It's like a clean version of the south, with better transit

Girl! I dealt with the same thing in Korea. I was fresh out of college and was so slow to catching on until one of the teachers at the school I worked at gave me the stank face because her husband was "too nice to me".... and she invited me to have dinner with her family.... Once I caught on, I made myself scarce, then she would try to start stuff at work during lunch. Thankfully, my contract was almost over and I was busy with a dance group I joined, but it was crazy! I was tempted to tell her off, but being the foreigner, I knew I'd lose that one.

When a chocolate starfish is being passive aggressive, match them with bluntness or fake obliviousness. Make them uncomfortable with your "American", straight to the point, response or make them have to fully spell out what they're trying to say.
In my experience, most passive aggressive chocolat starfish are typically not willing to say what they're thinking/feeling so straight forward and risk showing their true starfishness to someone elss. If you don't give in to their b.s. they tend to get so annoyed with having to dance around the subject for an extended amount of time that they'll give up and walk away, taking their messy behavior with them.

I think there are only 2 options to mating:
Option1,
Very high standards for the men that want to marry and mess up your body for kids. Because low key I prefer option 2. Also open communication with intimacy because I need to know when they become curious to others so the relationship can turn into, they on that side of the house and me on the other.
Option 2,
Fun Boyfriend experience twice a year. We do not have to communicate until the next bae cation. Before the meet up we have rigorous testing. People might think it is unusual but the older you get there are just some people you might contact twice a year and that will be that person.
I think this is very possible in 30s. Because I do gang abstinence for peace of mind, not to save anything for a person.😂

For dehydrating mint: Place the leaves on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Warm them in the oven at 180 F or 80 C for two hours, then check them to see if they've dried out completely. If so, they're done. You can do this to other herbs if your house is too humid .

😂😂That Southern passive get-a-hint phrase means the same as this ‘Direct’ phrase we use in Chicago: ‘You don’t have to go home, but you got to get the hell up outta here!’ Chicagoans are very direct and that phrase can even get more direct: A friend is in your living room watching TV and you walk over and stretch your hand out for them to grab your hand… you pulled them up… and say, ‘Bounce, call me later.’ 😂😂😂 You can never misunderstand what a Chicagoan is telling you.

Sweden is also passive aggressive. If there's a post-it in the laundry room, on the entrance door, or in the trash room, you know it's about to become a show. There was a comedian that made a whole book on Swedish post-it wars and called it "The person who does not remove the lint shall die!" (context: the lint removal (or lack there of) from the laundry room might be the most common reason for post-it wars in Sweden). Anyting but direct confrontation in this country.
Going through the comments I'm notice that a lot of people that are perceived as "polite" are just passive-aggressive. E.g Japan, Europe, US Southern states etc
But I've also noticed how it's part of white "culture" (I don't think culture is the proper term maybe mannerism idk) as even in South Africa a lot of the white people here act like that (sadly whenever their being blatant/straightforward it's when one is being racist) and everyone else is straightforward and tells you something as it is.

You can dry things on low in the microwave!
And thank you about the makeup cleanser. I usually don't use a lot of makeup but - since starting my channel and while teaching these teens (who look at EVERYTHING every day, lol), I've been using a bit more, and my regular cleanser doesn't feel like it takes the makeup off completely, and I can tell it's messing with my beautiul 58-year-old skin. About to try the cleansers you just mentioned. I will probably post the results in a vlog next month or so, so Thanks!

My best no hangover tip as a 30 year old mom is "Golden milk". Use any type of milk, one teaspoon kurkuma powder, honey to taste, black pepper and ginger powder just a dash. Heat it up, drink it before drinking and the morning after! Your welcome 😊❤

Girllll I’m so glad someone else has the same problem with water. I go all day realizing that I haven’t even had a sip of water. Like how?!?! I don’t even hate the taste, I just literally don’t gravitate towards it. I drink iced tea most days and I swear that’s the only reason my body has not failed yet. I’ve tried to use flavor powders, I’ve tried to mix collagen & protein powders with water, I’ve tried flavored sparkling water, it doesn’t matter what I do, I will not drink it

Passive aggressive tendencies drive me insane. Had a passive-aggressive roommate, we were friends before moving in together, and now that I'm on my own, I believe he is no longer a friend...
Examples:1) if he was running late I would clean up his breakfast mess and wash his coffee mug. If I was running late working two jobs and left a singular spoon, it wouldn't ever be washed.
2) I got a cat 3 months into cohabitation. Asked for his consent, he gave it. 1 month later shit blew up. He finally claimed the cat was keeping him from sleeping. Instead of directly saying that he'd keep randomly saying "do something about your cat" but wouldn't say what the problem was. I had hormone therapy and was following a training video for the cat HE sent but HE wasn't willing to follow.
One morning I found my cat zipped up in her pet carrier. I went off almost threw hands my bf held me back.
He'd complain about the litter box. I had it all the way by the bathroom as far from the bedrooms as possible. Literally, only other place I could put it would be kitchen or in one of our bedrooms because of how our apartment was set up.
He would also disrespect my guests.
If he wasn't feeling social, he'd ignore them when they greeted him and would slam his door. He would throw us through a loop because week before he'd be laughing and playing boardgames with us. Next week he'd have a huge bitch fit and wouldn't ever tell us what was wrong. I would whip out the talking stick, trying to get a straight answer out of him and nothing. I would always get him know when I was having company. Got to the point people stopped coming over because of him. He lives such a sad life.

I can’t drink alcohol too, but after a half glass of wine I take about 6-8 activated charcoal and a glass of water. Did you ever have all your detox genes tested? There’s a naturopath in Australia I’m going to work with soon. It’s a key for sure.
