In this video I share with you my packing guide for moving to Australia on a working holiday visa. I personally think that if you are coming to Australia you should travel with a suitcase. If you are travelling other countries in Asia or Latin America you may want to consider travelling with a backpack.

we are so bad at packing lightly. our gear alone is 2 full backpacks! and our shoes and bath and beauty items take up half a large suitcase. 😅

Hi mate, have you tried a backpack with wheels? For example a Kathmandu bag that can be used as a 'suitcase' or a backpack? Any opinion on something like that?

I haven't but considered it. I know a few people that have done this and they just end up using the wheels all the time 😂 it really depends what country you're going to. South America/Asia - Backpack for sure. Europe/North America/ AUS suitcase is the way to go (based on my personal experience)

how do you wash your hair once per week when you often go in and out of water? I presume you are very active in beach activities?

I do a full wash once per week and then after swimming I just rinse off with the shower water at the pool!
