!! REMEMBER !! Shedding shouldn’t be painful, it should feel freeing/calming. If it hurts your skin is probably not ready to fully shed yet. However if it keeps happening every month and you’ve tried the blow drier method, the ice method, the coffee scrub method etc and nothings helping please confide with your doctor, something’s most likely off Hope this helps 🥰

Or some people say it’s a joke because they are a boy or are too young to start shedding there facial skin . Just be careful when you do start, the forehead is especially sensitive . Sometimes it starts to bleed . It’s best to take it off at night , or if you have a piece half on , try to put coconut oil and aloe on it to help softer it .( reduce the likeness of blood) ❤ much love

Your body will do what it's meant to do. But, if you're in a rush, get a rag and soak it in warm water and let it rest on the problem areas. It'll come up way easier. Be safe!!

For boys wondering: it can occure when you are extremly stressed while being on your period or when your period slowly comes to an stop when you are around 50-60 years old. The thing with the stress is, that the brain sends the hormones into the closest area available to make sure the woman won't fall into depression and that the stress level gets cooled down. Yeah sounds awfull. I know, it starts like 2-3 years after getting your period and then it slowly becomes a monthly occurance.(did i spell it right? I'm from germany so yeah?) Depending on the stress level the more you have to peel off, but make SURE NOT TO PEEL IT OFF TOO SOON!!!!! And judging by how much skin you just peeled off, you seem rather stressed or are just simply going through a hard time. It also depends on your period(like cramps, headaches, illness, fever, etc.) And for boys asking what happens to the pimples: the pimples sadly stay and often get worse if there might be little bubbles inside the skin which create heat, make it moist and yeah it just worsens it. When i see bubbles on my skin then i directly peel it off because i care abour my hygien. Some grils shed earlier and some later!!! So i hope i answerd all the questions :).❤❤❤
Thank you for spreading awareness, this is why girsl care abt skin care so much, a moist clean face peeling is easier especially with pimples, but it hurts like hell with a dry pimples patchy face!
Don’t forget, ladies, that even if your friend or family is starting their monthly shed, it’s important to let them decide when to peel. DO NOT HELP unless it is fully detached or stuck. You run the risk of hurting them if it’s too soon. And don’t forget to eat it after. It restores vital nutrients lost in the shedding process.
@@aquatiger8I also didn't know you should eat it until recently, they should really talk about it more in health class. 😞 I also heard that eating it dried (just in the sun for a few hours) can make it easier to peel the next month because it increases the nutrient levels. Don't forget to drink plenty of water though!
It's a bit stressful but I promise it's gonna be okay. Few sheds are as bad as some people make it out to be. Most are just like she showed in this video. Not exactly in one piece but pretty easy and quick to pull off.

A tip. Soak a cotton pad in warm water and rub it across your face before peeling the skin off. It helps make the shedding process easier.

Your body will do what it's meant to do. But, if you're in a rush, get a rag and soak it in warm water and let it rest on the problem areas. It'll come up way easier. Be safe!!

I know, more people need to talk about the shedding. It’s a real problem and idk why anyone talks about it.
For boys wondering: it can occure when you are extremly stressed while being on your period or when your period slowly comes to an stop when you are around 50-60 years old. The thing with the stress is, that the brain sends the hormones into the closest area available to make sure the woman won't fall into depression and that the stress level gets cooled down. Yeah sounds awfull. I know, it starts like 2-3 years after getting your period and then it slowly becomes a monthly occurance.(did i spell it right? I'm from germany so yeah?)
Depending on the stress level the more you have to peel off, but make SURE NOT TO PEEL IT OFF TOO SOON!!!!! And judging by how much skin you just peeled off, you seem rather stressed or are just simply going through a hard time. It also depends on your period(like cramps, headaches, illness, fever, etc.) And for boys asking what happens to the pimples: the pimples sadly stay and often get worse if there might be little bubbles inside the skin which create heat, make it moist and yeah it just worsens it. When i see bubbles on my skin then i directly peel it off because i care abour my hygien. Some grils shed earlier and some later!!! So i hope i answerd all the questions :).❤❤❤

Don’t forget, ladies, that even if your friend or family is starting their monthly shed, it’s important to let them decide when to peel. DO NOT HELP unless it is fully detached or stuck. You run the risk of hurting them if it’s too soon.
And don’t forget to eat it after. It restores vital nutrients lost in the shedding process.
