Dude, you're a LEGEND. I'm having trouble beating this on Easy, but your video has given me some ideas. It seems that enemies don't actually attack you as often on harder difficulties, I noticed this in a lot of gameplay videos.
no you are wrong , you just have time perception issue , he is preventing them from attacking by destroying their production, and also he is not camping for long like people usually do on easy.

Firehawks. Thats all you need for this mision. BUT. The commando at the start is so much cheaper and cleaner way to deal with that rift generator. Well done there!!
my strategy is complety different with yours. i pack up some apc with engineers inside and call for a air transport and rush to the clocest scrin base to steal all their structures , and continue the operation with scrin army. i didnt choose to capture nod's structure becus nod have good anti air and the ox will get knocked out quickly. even you can land some apc , your engineer and apc will only have a slight chance to capture the nod mcv and main structures. after you capture one of those faction, abandon your previous base (because is nearly unable to defence it ) and build your army to done the objective. is my strategy useful?( i think is not)
No, scrin is definitely better because you can capture the rift generator and get a great source of tiberium. and if you manage to capture the stabilizer,signal transmitter and the tech center, you can build devastator warships and planetary assault carrier to get the job done faster, and if you capture nod, you will face more fierce resistance when capturing them, and even you manage to capture it, their base defense will take your captured building out. And even you manage to success, how do you deal the rift generator? It will suck your base out
Given how huge these towers are. I can see no reason why Ion Cannons couldn’t just aim and shoot the towers from space, besides the forcefield protection.
The Ion Cannon is what destroy all the towers under construction, except for one. Also remember that most of the GDI where focus on defend the Blue Zones first and most of the cannons where used to weaken the aliens assaults there. They were lucky to launch a counter-attack and dealing with some Nod forces in their path to stop them.
Literally always i was lazy in this mission and i was just defending myself not moving outside that canyon, built ion cannon and destoryed all generators with ion cannon lol... WHAT the helll... why did that tower just disappear after ion cannoning it xD. Also its weird and i hate it that tiberium doesnt regrown in this level... or it grows much much slower than usually even though it has that "centre" that causes it to regenerate its not only crystals...
10:57 the scrin commando is not suppose to shot you on that level. as matter of fact he dont have the ability of shooting. only mind controlling. this is one of odd moments on this game!
You are way more productive and fast here. And squad binds... Using hotkeys would help you as well. Also, what's the point to upload another video? Remastered version, huh? P.S. I still would see how you encounter 10 P.A.Cs. gj btw, i think the fastest walkthroughs videos are more interesting and they aslo saving viewers time.

But imo, capture nod can bring you a higher benefit becus they have better strategic position to let you defend it easier
