Only most things in your regular store, but if you go into specialized stores you can find a lot of stuff that contains only complex carbohydrates, or stevia, or some other healthy supplement. But that's really just for people who care about what they consume. Those who don't care, yeah, they're pretty much addicted.

That’s all I have to say. I’ve eaten candy and bad foods often as a kid and not 1 cavity. It’s all about portion control not completely removing it out of your life. Definitely not saying everyone needs chocolate but it’s not going to ruin your exercise training if you eat one.(unless you’re allergic like I said before.
