Great video! I tried skating on the street for the first time today (before it was either my bedroom or a tenis court), it was so scary. I still can't got very fast so my skates kept catching on every tiny bump. But this encouraged me to keep trying, so cool! Thanks
Man, I keep stopping by doing a spin. People must think I'm trying to look ''cool'' when I'm just not able to stop otherwise... I need to develop my T Stop game.
I only know how to stop by the "open/close" thing which is also apparently how to go into spins or transition sooo same.
Same here! I tried practicing 180’s for turn around toe stops but they just turn into transition spins when the time comes 😩

My non dominant foot is left but it’s in front also I don’t understand why skates wear short shorts but don’t wear any protection
It's totally possible to skate with your dominant foot behind you, although uncommon. Everybody skates, dresses and wears protection to their own comfort level. We definitely recommend it for beginners 😊
Here in Indiana, we have to dodge goose droppings along with tree droppings. 🤢 🪿
