    In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of iamalpham.com , alpham.com , and peteandpedro.com is shopping for affordable workout pants that look decent. He's bought joggers from H&M in the past, but he wants to try American Eagle, Dick's Sporting Goods, and others.
    After shopping, he goes back to the studio with the 5 workout pants that he purchased. You get to see how they fit versus the price he paid. He purchased all size small.
    Which brand is the best bang for your buck?
    1. American Eagle $50 - slim through the leg although he wishes they're tighter in the ankle. He hopes washing and drying will make them fit better. The pockets stick out, and he's not sure why.
    2. Nike $50 (sale) - they are thin through the leg, and the ankle is tighter than AE. The feel is better quality than AE as well. He thinks they''ll shrink up a bit and fit better. The pockets zip which is a plus so that things don't get lost.
    3. H&M $30 - these are larger and incredibly long. After laundering, they'll shrink up substantially (same pair he got last year).

    I have the same grey Nike slim fit sweatpants. The quality, functionality and comfort is so amazing for the price (I paid about 52$ for them). I have been wearing them for about two months and I have been so satisfied that I bought recently another two pairs (black and dark grey).
    If you happen to come by them, trust me! Buy them! They are in my opinion the best sweatpants you can find. And the price is reasonable in my opinion.
    EDIT: Alpha said in the video that they will shrink. I have been washing mine every week since I got them. They did not shrink.

    • @komi1834
      @komi1834 6 лет назад

      Umbro got quality materials, but stitching is awful, they always tend to tear down around pockets for me
      Puma is good but their slim fit joggers are trash, looking worse than cheapest H&M ones
      also Champion was nice, but they increased prices recently because of hype
      Kappa probably got best materials and but they tend to be expensive in US, I live close to Italy so at my country they are almost 2 times cheaper than in US
      only other reasonably priced joggers that come close to Kappa quality and materials are Superdry and Nike
      If you can get Kappa for reasonable price it-s best, if not get Nike's or Umbro(and if money isn't problem Hugo Boss Green or EA7 by Armani are the best, anything more expensive than that you are just paying for name of the brand)

      Obito_ Despair has it spot on, just try to 40-60 minutes of cardio a day and avoid fast food. Not only will you become slimmer but your overall health will also improve, you shouldn’t restrict how much you eat and your age because you need the calories and stuff for your health and nutrition. Just eat clean and exercise and you’ll be good.

    • @fastlifebmx9292
      @fastlifebmx9292 6 лет назад

      JR54 eating clean is good for micronutrients...but to loose weight the only thing that works is going into a caloric deficit. Before all of you start saying lose or Gain weight I want to know how much he weighs for his height.

    • @fastlifebmx9292
      @fastlifebmx9292 6 лет назад

      JR54 and its nearly impossible to lose fat while gainging muscle. As the first 5 -10 lbs is water weight and/or glycogen. Then the next 5lbs you lose is visceral fat (the fat in between your organs) the last weight you loose is the actual fat inbetween muscle and skin (simultaneous fat)

    • @metagrossjr87
      @metagrossjr87 6 лет назад

      Trill X alex he didn’t even say anything about wanting to build muscle, he’s only 13 and should think about lifting weights when he’s around 15-17. If all he wants to do is lose weight and be healthy then he should do cardio for 40-60 mins a day and eat clean food. At his age he shouldn’t go on a caloric deficit since his body is still developing so much. If he eats his normal caloric intake to maintain weight, then throw in a lot of cardio every day then he’ll lose weight. At only 13 he should be worried about only being healthy and developing properly, not trying to build a great physique.

      JR54 i started at 10 theres not a big deal, its perfectly fine and healthy. And why not build a great physique? Also he would need to count macros to find his maintenance. And thats why I asked for his weight and heigt. If he is over weight then he would need to be in a deficit to you know, *_lose weight_* , but if he is normal then just eating at a maintenence is fine. Eating fastfood isnt nearly as bad as people think it is, just have a normal micronutrient intake and drink enough water. And they did imply that he should do cardio while trying to eat to grow

      they really are, have some pair that i bought for 30 bucks and lasted me a lot longer than H&M ones would. i'm wearing a pair that i bought like 2 years ago and it's still fresh, The biggest difference in the soccer ones is that the material is always better.

    Lululemon joggers have shorter inseams 27 and 28 inch. That may be a way to go for us shorter guys. Otherwise you lose a bit of the cuff at the bottom if you get hemmed which Lulu apparently offers for free too.

    LuLuLemon 100%. Expensive, yes. But you get what you pay for. Incredibly comfortable, tailored for an athletic build, best materials you can find, and they offer free repairs and warranty replacements if seams ever rip.

    Do you get to deduct everything you buy as business expense for tax purposes? That would be awesome. "Oh I think I need new pairs of joggers. I will buy 5 pairs, make a quick video, and deduct the whole thing as business expense". What a life!

    I just bought two pairs of those Joggers from AE a few weeks ago. They are some of the most comfortable pants I’ve ever worn. I didn’t want to go to work the first week I had them because I didn’t want to have to take them off.

    I've bought Nike and under armour and my under armour last a lot longer. My Nike ones wore right out. The under armour fit me just right as well, but that can just be my build, I'm not very tall but my legs are fairly big so it fills out nice.
