Yes, this I just purchased this unit. Received it two days ago. Ready to head out to Southwest Texas in my Tag Boondock. I'll be visiting most of the old west U.S military forts. Having the Anker with me, I'm thinking it'll be a fun trip.
Great review… I’m in Florida, and when hurricanes hit, we often lose power for a few days. The sky is usually really clear once the storm leaves. So, pair this with some panels, and it looks like a good solution.
I did a ton of research on power stations for camping and home backup and this is the one I landed on and purchased last year. It’s absolutely perfect for my needs, just wish it could take more than one expansion battery.
Yeah this is definitely one of the best option out there, especially at their current Black Friday price. Anker truly nailed it with this power station
Three 100W USB C chargers is awesome. And the luggage-style handle is something I haven't seen before. Nice unit! Also, you must be strong as frick, you're tossing around the 70lb unit like it's nothing. :)
I’m definitely not as consistent in the gym as I’d like to be, but I can still move some good weight lol. And yeah they truly did basically everything right on this power station.
How does this compare to the Bluetti AC200l? I’m looking for a home backup option for when I don’t want to run my gas generator. I like the idea of plugging the device into my homes transfer switch through the 30amp.
I understand how a review isn’t as fun to watch as a camping adventure, but I love reviewing these things. I think it’s smart for people to spend some boring time researching them and try to get one as soon as they can. Mainly for backup emergency situations, especially with the way the world is right now and also for how useful they are. was this giving to you for free? If so this review is worthless. Everybody is getting free stuff and bragging it up. Poor folks like myself have gotten lemons at times. Real use real honesty and purchase for same price as me, then the review may have credibility. Sp tired of seeing the same stuff daily on 10 or more youtubers.
If you’d rather trade your time to research, test, film and edit a RUclips video to pay for a power station that they send you for “free” by all means. If companies didn’t send RUclipsrs power stations to review they would most likely only have one as most people can’t just buy all of them to review like that. If you look at anything in life through a negative lens you’ll only see things from that perspective. I literally test everything out in front of you and do my best to give every spec and feature so you have a good idea of what you are seeing and what it has to offer. Then you have to take that info compare it to other power stations and make the decision on what’s the best purchase for you. I’d still rather watch review videos from RUclipsrs I have some trust in over straight up ads from brands that don’t tell much or even show real life use. I personally love reviewing these things as I love the freedom of being able to have off grid power and they go hand in hand with the type of camping I like to do.
