Hey Tony! I did a 4 door front brake swap (larger calipers and vented rotors) on my 93 Tracker and a new master cylinder. I followed your instructions here as best as I could then installed the kit AND bled the crap out of all 4 sides and the pedal still sinks a bit until I pump it then it stays (mostly). What's the secret to these things. This is actually the 2nd MC I replaced (a few years in between replacements) and I was having the same issues when I replaced the MC the first time although at that time, I did not follow your instructions. Could a bad brake booster cause cause a sinking of the pedal too?
