The reality is that all western people are more developed and educated than most other parts of the planet but still most people have a huge lack of knowledge. most Europeans could not name all European countries and their capital. Most Northamericans (= USA, Mexico, Canada) could not name all states and their capitals. And everyone had even more difficulty to name all this for each other continent.

Budapest is the second capital of Romania, every country must have a reserve ;)) I don't even know why culturally balkanian states never finded a way to unify since close cultural matching style. We see nationalists which would love more power, but they don't know how to unify 2 different countries by language differences. They all see as a threat the other neighbours language, for exemple hungarian gouverment wouldn't love that magyars from Romania seek to mixt build family or to speak romanian, when that's the key of the pandorra box. I would also look to mary a hungarian girl and learn hungarian if that's my path and future. Could be possible in future that some countries would be organise in stronger united states, but that will never be possible with blood ideology concepts. The problems in general, is the fear of lossing the identity, when that not always happen, when countries form and other cultural ancesters organise and build a country with their lands. See for exemple UK, romania, rusia, ukraine. They all had different areas of speakers united, they not 100% pure nations in the present, as they all have different countries minorities. This tell us that the future is for those which hold strong capacity to evolvee, or resign and accept, that in time their negative birth rate will harm their entire state structure.
