But our good friend Gary Watson, R.I.P, and Missy brought me over to your house in Mo Valley, and you had me shredding that in no time, remember? Long time ago my friend. Then, you, Justin, and I started playing a lot of blink, and green day songs. Hard to believe that was back in 1999?? Hope you and family are doing well my friend. Hi mike you did a great job on this lesson learned it real quick. Your one of the best teachers I've seen on RUclips and I look at a lot. You break it down and say all the frets, strings, notes and play it slow and fast. GREAT JOB!!!! Now that I have learned this though I want to learn the intro solo and main solo if possible to finish up the entire song. Please post another video of this!!! Thanks....,

IMO, 'Rock You Like A Hurricane' has one of the most memorable hard rock guitar solos in the history of "ever" !! I remember when 'Love At First Sting' first came out -Walmart wouldn't sell it due to the "sexually shocking" album cover. That album ignited from 'Hurricane' as the first single & rode the charts all summer long, into the winter & through 1985 when 'World Wide Live' was released. It was the zenith of the Scorpions career - though, I think they have some really great albums before LAFS. 1984 was one hell of a year for Rock N Roll !!! These days........meh.....not so much........

Your actually supposed to play it 8 times its 4 times before the solo comes on and its still played through another 4 times however this is a really good lesson ive picked it up really quickly but do you have the amp settings for gain and tone
