This film deserves a vfx award for putting Tig in the film because that's still unbelievable it worked so well.

@@savant7288 In 2017, Zack Snyder left the filming of Justice League due to personal issues, due to which WB hired Joss Whedon (director of Avengers) to direct the remainder of the movie. Later on, Whedon's version of the film was panned by both critics and fans. After which, fans started a petition for WB to release Snyder's version of the movie, which was in WB's 'vault'.
Snyder's version of Justice League was later released on HBO Max

I watched it a second time to just watch her scenes and it's crazy how good of a job he did adding her in post. To match the lighting like that is a nightmare!
the one time it looks off is when the team enters Las Vegas with Lilly. the rest of her appearances are seamless
I didn't know she wasn't part of the movie and she was one of my favorite characters lol.
I noticed immediately but it wasn’t terrible. Very noticeable when she is acting with other characters and they aren’t reacting to her.
I’m so glad Zack wasn’t afraid to mention that Tig wasn’t originally in the movie and was digitally added in later

I loved Army of the Dead, and I'm not a fan of zombie movies. But I'm a fan of Zack Snyder. His aesthetics, the way he tells stories, his sense of humor, his love of cool shots, it all appeals to me. The action, the music choices, the characters, I loved it. Favorite characters were Dieter and Vanderohe. I'm so glad I'm getting a prequel with Dieter, and probably a sequel with Vanderohe as the Omega zombie. I'm rooting for Zack Snyder, he deserves all the praise and success in the world, he's a good guy.
I love watching Zack snyder talk about his craft. He has such a strong creative and visual eyes for these things!
But ultimately no talent for story telling and piecing one scene to another with cohesion and emotion.

Nope. This was a terrible movie. He may be a good guy and has an eye for aesthetics but not really that good a director. He's not the complete package. He goes for the bombast with no subtlety or nuance with more than a smattering of pandering.

The zombie bite was actually helping him withstand the radiation, I think. But the radiation is the reason he didn’t infect in 7 minutes which is the infection time of the virus.

Nope, the time loop will reset until they success. So I think they never died. Just what we seen for now it the third loop where they died. The second one was the dead corpse they found near the vault. The first was the blueprint they found at the first floor casino. They fourth loop probly where they all escape with the money. I guest Tanaka only wants the head. While the money inside the vault 50m was for their payment. And Tanaka would mostly kill the guy who bail out saying they all gonna die. Tanaka gave some look at his bodyguard lol

Zack is a genius. I'm not just jumping on the hype. He honestly has such a unique way of looking at imagery that just astounds me. He is WAY before his time and in my opinion the greatest director of his time. I will admit his scripts need brushing up a little but I get so lost in his visuals that I honestly don't care most of the time the the script is a bit all over the place.
Yeah. I think would be a good director for a silent movie. I think his story telling via just the visuals alone is not talked about enough.

Crazy idea to see the place I used to walk by every morning for 6 months just mess up beyond repair..My walks took me all the way down to Caesar's palace almost every day starting in Convention Center Dr or I would head down to Sahara and back..Now is full of Zeds LOL!!

Yeah but it was at least fun, also some of that stuff is being saved for the sequel since this is just the first film. I understand why it’s annoying but hey Zack always utilizes things he sets up even if it takes a sequel to do it.
