I would not say no to more Vids like this. It can be interesting to see what you Aesthetics/Theatrics Gods/Goddesses can come up with. I myself tend to suck at such kinds of Builds and instead tend to think and build like a Dwarf. :P (I'm even still curious if the Enshrouded World has any kinda equivalent of a Bedrock Layer... waiting on trying to find out on this though till I have way better than just a Scrappy Pickaxe.) P.S. I'm Team Stone and Metal and tend to shun Wood. :P
I always enjoy your videos, Total, so an expansion of this into a village makes a lot of sense as far as I'm concerned. I've been cramming my NPCs into one small building for now but plan to make a more expansive little settlement once I find the right spot for me. I'd love to see what you do along those lines!
Village update would be awesome it would certainly add life to the world like running into a group of villagers being chased by wolves and saving them and sending them off to your village
@@TotalXclipse only learned that after seeing how the devs built their structures in the named towns. Lots of little nuances. But they definitely do two layer thick walls and roofs
Oh, I just added this and a bit of that. Chose this and changed it. I am still trying to figure out how to make the building materials work in my keys. Let alone actually choose different materials and designs. LOL. You did a fantastic job on this. Inspires people like me with no imagination for texture matching, to give it a much more honest try. Thank you again Total.
Okay, I know I’m late to the party, and I’m assuming that you pre plan your builds, BUT- do you plan them on paper, or do you make the building in your regular game, refine it, and then make the videos in a different world?
This is crazy. I wish I had half of your ability to do this. My bases are all function and no style. (because I suck at it) This really helped me get ideas though and thank you for that.
I like the huge attention to detail. Really nice place to hang out and hide from the wolves 😀 I just built a huge square stone castle the size of the 80x80 build area with the flame hearth in the inner courtyard.
Never played this but make it a series and expand your village!!! It looks amazing and its so entertaining. Idk if is possible but add water or a river under the bridge???
Me after watching all of your Valheim and Satisfactory videos: EFFFF YEAH! Totalxclipse is playing Enshrouded!! Yes please, on a full village build!! Just started my own but I love love love your builds in every game! We need you, man! ❤
Epic build! I am soo putting one of your fireplaces in my next build. I tend go with wood floors for the "home area" parts of the build and stone floors for the "crafting area" parts of my build in this game because the change in sound effects the game uses leans toward wood floors being more warm vs the cold stone floors sounds..
Good build. Tip though. Double layer your roofs. What you have here is what you might think of as the "under layer." Build another layer directly on top of this one. It'll hide the "stair-step" effect of the diagonals perfectly and beef up the thickness a little. You can also use different materials for the under and top layers, if you want.
Is there a 'creative' mode for building? I want to try so many ideas but it would be nice to avoid the grind, at least for one playthrough. I don't mind the grind but sometimes I want freedom!
So.. how do you do these camera shots of you working from a distance? Do you use a 2nd account as a camera person or what's the trick here! Cool vid for inspiration. I just started practicing building in our multiplayer game.
Nice house, I have noticed that the design with stone/ flint or rough stone on the bottom, that wood design on top of walls ( reminds me of the old English heritage sites) and fired brick for the roof is the most popular I have seen with people and youtubers. I just reached endgame and you wouldn't believe how many blocks are available to build. Polished Sandstone, Iron, Bronze, Bone and about 30 more.
Yep I've unlocked all but one piece I think, but it really depends on what's easily available for example an iron house would take a lot more time than a wooden one. But I'm looking forward to experimenting more

Also, let me know if you'd like me to continue this build as a village?
Build a helipad for the gliders to land on lol! They can enter through the chimney like Santa Claus.

I'd love to see a village expansion, perhaps even a dwelling and/or workplace for each of the NPC crafters you can get tailored to them.

Very good house, I loved it. I have a question. How did you remove game indicators from the video?
georgeous !!!🎉🎉🎉❤
wheres this spot on the map?
Two layers of roof will hide the stepped wall poking through.
Great idea!

How to get to the location? I think I am overlooking something.
Thank you so much for sharing. I love your building. It would be nice if you share more of your building creations 😁
Bro you can place single blocks? Builders are gonna go insane!

How much materials did u farm.. nice house but u need so many materials

I totally know how ya feel. I too am similar in prioritizing Function. :)
How can you set the camera like a third person view away from your character?
So awesome. It is very inviting. I would love a guide on the rake.
I cannot for the life of me get the rake to work that well.

Yeh I really want to do a castle build but I need so many more resources! Not enough hours in the day 😅
Hopefully they’ll add a creative mode later on which will help with builds. Would be fun just to build massive masterpieces 😅
Great content! I was wondering, how do you get the POV's in your videos?
I have two copies of the game
Non-désigner be like: this is EPIC. Designers be like: this is average at best.
This is just a start 😉

anyone else having issues with the tarred roof not making the carving?

I would love to see you do more builds like this! Fantastic job. Gives me many ideas for building in this game. I hope to build a full village soon
How are you good at building in every game you play.
I’d love to see a tutorial on how to build like a compound wall and gate

I'm actually working on a guide right now where I mention this exact tip!

Unfortunately not, can't tell you how many hours I grinded for resources just for this build
What’s the dimensions for the ground floor?
defenetly would love to see a well planned out village with structure
So.. how do you do these camera shots of you working from a distance? Do you use a 2nd account as a camera person or what's the trick here!
Cool vid for inspiration. I just started practicing building in our multiplayer game.
Yep all done with a second player in game

Can anyone help me with the location used here. Can't seem to find a good building spot for a village build
It's in the far west of the map, just above the farm I believe but before you reach the forest biome
I am hopeless at getting the garden/ground flat and nice! I really want it to look neat and tidy.
Love this build so much!
Using foundation 4m and then removing it is the best way to make it flat
This has got to be the best looking project/house I have seen to date. Bruh you have some talent!!
More builds please
Building guide and village build!
beautiful Build bro
Awesome, I just finished 2 of my buildings. Needed inspiration for 3 more buildings for my Village.
Amazing architecture...this would make Chip and Joanna proud lol
rebuild a town next?
1 building at a time 😅 it took more time getting the resources than it did the building!
